Mr. Downing is a graduate of Grove City College, Grove City, PA with a BA in Accounting. He worked for twenty (20) years with the Dravo Corporation (NYSE) of Pittsburgh, PA where he served in a variety of capacities including Corporate Finance, Internal Audit, Financial Planning and Senior Management. While with Dravo, Mr. Downing’s career took him to Pittsburgh, PA, New York City, Charleston, West Virginia and Marietta, Ohio. His duties included assisting in the preparation of 10-Q’s and 10-K’s for SEC filings, financial management, and global financing for projects in China, Korea, Taiwan, Japan and Mexico.

Mr. Downing has for 24 years, been the CFO and a Director with Marietta Industrial Enterprises, Marietta, Ohio. In addition he has served as a Director with Agri-Cycle Products of Columbus, Ohio. American Business Parks of Marietta, Ohio and Silicon Processors, Inc. of Parkersburg, West Virginia.
