Mr. Zuluaga is the Vice President of Cyberlux South America and General Manager of Cyberlux SAS, located in Bogotá. He is an International Business expert with over 30 years of experience in business development and sales in the United States, the Caribbean and South America.

Mr. Zuluaga has extensive entrepreneurial experience with leading major projects in solar engineering, construction, logistics, infrastructure, and with a high sense of caring for the environment and superimposing the latest generation technologies.

Mr. Zuluaga, also a U.S. citizen, has lived in the Caribbean and South America for the last 15 years where he has developed projects in the field of alternative energies.
